Due to the immediate downloadable and non-returnable nature of digital video files, all sales on Rowdy RAW are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the video download or streaming link is provided, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued. - Technical Support & Broken Files
If you encounter technical issues downloading your purchase or if a file appears corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@rowdyraw.com with your order number and email address. We will re-issue access to the working file immediately. - Unauthorized Charges & Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement (billed as CCBill.com), please contact our support team at support@rowdyraw.com before contacting your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate termination of account access and blacklisting across CCBill merchant networks.
